🌍Equal rules for all countries

Z Pass applies the same terms, features and privacy standards to every user regardless of where you live. Where mandatory local consumer or data-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights always apply and these terms do not limit them.

👤Your account

You are responsible for your account, your recovery key and all activity under your account. Keep your credentials private.

⚖Acceptable use

• Do not use Z Pass for anything illegal or to defraud or attack others.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not access data that is not yours.

🔒Your content

Your vault belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and protect it so the service works.

💳Subscriptions

Paid plans give access to the features listed for that plan for the period you paid for. Prices, taxes and payment methods are shown at checkout. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at checkout or provided by the payment method used; for cryptocurrency payments, transactions are generally final. Contact support if something went wrong. A plan is activated after payment is confirmed.

👪Family plans

The paying admin is responsible for the plan and for the members they add. Members keep individual private vaults.

🔄Changes and availability

We may improve, change or discontinue features and will try to give notice of important changes. The service may occasionally be unavailable. Features marked as planned are not guaranteed until released.

🚫Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

📄Warranty and liability

• No warranty. Z Pass is provided "as is" and "as available".
• Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, Z Pass and its developer are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for data lost because you lost your recovery key, or for compromise of your own devices.
• Legal requests. We may disclose information when the law requires it. Because vault contents are encrypted, we cannot read them.
• Trademarks. Other product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

🏛Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Z Pass operator is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. See also our Privacy Policy and Security page.
